About Your Trees
As a tree owner, you will
receive a signed copy of your tree order form and a display certificate showing the number,
planting year and species of the trees we are growing
for you.
After your trees are marked in the plantations
and recorded in the Tree Registry, you will receive a copy of their entry into the
Tree Registry,
showing the exact farm, field, and beginning and ending rows where they are planted.
Thereafter we will keep you informed about the
farms and tropical hardwoods by sending you all copies of our Tree Owners News.
Before each harvest, we will send you a
report of the number of trees that our forester recommends should be harvested, and if you
have us market your hardwoods for you, we will promptly send you a report of the
proceeds from the sale of your hardwoods, the cost of harvest
and milling, and send the net harvest proceeds to you.
